About the Founder
House Calls IV was founded by Nurse Practitioner Irina Efraimovich, who has advanced graduate training and 15+ years in adult, patient-centered care. Noting a gap between clinical care and patients’ desire for unhurried, personalized, discreet service, she created House Calls IV to fill it.
Clinical Leadership & Philosophy
Irina, a Rutgers University graduate, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing Science heads House Calls IV with a focus on evidence-based care and clinical oversight. All services follow medical protocols, are reviewed carefully, and are provided by licensed professionals trained in concierge-level care. She emphasizes accuracy, safety, and respect for clients’ time and privacy, making IV therapy smooth, high-quality, and thoughtful.

Our Sofi RN brings four years of clinical experience with an Emergency Room background, combining expert skill with a calm, reassuring presence. A Holy Family University graduate (2020), she is dedicated, detail-oriented, and trusted for delivering high-quality care in demanding clinical environments—now brought directly to you with discreet, professional service.
